• Hand Sanitiser Stations at entry points.
• Floor and poster signage to support social distancing and traffic flow.
• Enhanced and frequent cleaning of surfaces in public areas.
• Face coverings must be worn in all public places.


Bedrooms

• Social Distance check In with screen protection with minimum touch practices and payment options.
• Keys/Cards are sanitised for each guest.
• Rooms have be decluttered for your safety.
• Housekeeping practises have been enhanced and PPE supplied to all staff.


Restaurant and Bar

• We encourage you book your table in advance.
• All food and drink service will be Table Service Only.
• All furniture has been placed to support social distancing.
• Disposable Menus will be used.
• Condiments will be individually wrapped and tables set after ordering.
• Room Service will be available for hotel guests.
• We will encourage card payments where possible.
• We will ask to take the contact name and number of one guest per booking.
